2 . Agrochemical field : Agro chemicals (acaricide) , Acequinocyl

The miticide Acequinocyl

is 2-acetoxy-3-dodecyl-1,4-naphthoquinone, and Acequinocyl

is ingredient of KANEMITE

. It is the first miticide which affects the enzyme complex

in a mitochondria and its mechanism of action differed from the conventional miticide. So it has an excellent performance, low mammalian toxicity and little cross resistance.

3 . Photochemical Field : UV sensitizer , ( DBA )

DBA, a UV sensitizer, is 9,10-dibutoxyanthracene, which having a peculiar absorption spectrum are widely used in cationic polymerization.
